Government Certifications

Vetcon, Inc. has made a commitment to helping the community through several programs including Community Ventures, and becoming a Hubzone Contractor. Our business has committed to hiring no less than 35% of our total workforce from lower income areas inside the city of Flint. The government has recognized us for this commitment and awarded us a certification as a HubZone certified business, which allows us to compete for set aside projects with the government. To date, we have hired 5 tradesmen and women from the city of Flint. We look forward to creating more opportunities as our business continues to grow.
